The Galaxy S6 Edge is slightly better than the Galaxy A7 (2018), with a score of 85.7 against 84.2. Galaxy S6 Edge's design is incredibly lighter and a little thinner than Galaxy A7 (2018), even though it was released many years before. The Galaxy S6 Edge has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64-bits processing unit and a graphics co-processor.
Galaxy S6 Edge has a lot better display than Galaxy A7 (2018), because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a better pixel quantity per display inch. Galaxy A7 (2018) captures better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Galaxy A7 (2018) also counts with a bigger camera aperture to take better photos and videos in poorly lited situations and a lot better 24 mega pixels resolution camera.
The Galaxy A7 (2018) features a much better memory for games and applications than Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A7 (2018) also has an external memory slot that holds up to 512 GB.
