Galaxy Note9 has a score of 87.1, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S6 Edge's global score of 85.7. The Galaxy Note9 body is notably newer than Galaxy S6 Edge's, but it's much heavier and somewhat thicker. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note9, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with an additional graphics processor and a 64 bits processor.

The Galaxy S6 Edge has a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a really smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 2560 x 1440px, it also counts with a just a bit better screen pixels density. Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a much better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a much worse 12 megapixels resolution back camera, it also counts with a lot larger aperture to take better captures in low-light environments and a larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.

The Galaxy Note9 features much more storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Galaxy Note9 also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy Note9 counts with a way better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
