Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 edge+ is just a bit better than Google Pixel 3a, getting a 79.3 score against 78.8. Although Galaxy S6 edge+ is older and a bit heavier than the Google Pixel 3a, it's design is still thinner. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S6 edge+ has an older 5.1 version and Google Pixel 3a has Android 11.
Google Pixel 3a counts with a bit better performance than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Google Pixel 3a also has 7 more CPU cores (although they are slower). The Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a more vivid screen than Google Pixel 3a, because it has a bit higher pixel quantity in each inch in the screen, a little bigger display and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px.
The Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with just a bit better camera than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has a smaller aperture and a tinier sensor which provides a lower photo and video quality, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a camera with a lot higher 16 mega pixels resolution.
The Google Pixel 3a has as much memory capacity to store more apps and games as the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, both have equal internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ and the Google Pixel 3a count with quite similar batteries.
Although Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Google Pixel 3a, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Pixel 3a. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the Google Pixel 3a, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
