The Huawei Mate X2 has a score of 89.1, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+'s overall score of 79.3. Both phones in this comparison review have Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Mate X2 has 10 version while Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has Android 5.1 version. Although Huawei Mate X2 is newer than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, it's somewhat thicker and much heavier.
Huawei Mate X2 has a superior processor than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a higher number of faster cores and 4 GB more RAM. Galaxy S6 edge+ has a more vivid display than Huawei Mate X2, because although it has a little worse resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better display density.
Huawei Mate X2 features a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 192 GB more internal storage capacity. Huawei Mate X2 features a superior battery life than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh. Huawei Mate X2 shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same aperture and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Huawei Mate X2 also has a camera with a way better resolution.
Although Huawei Mate X2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Huawei Mate X2, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, resigning a couple features and specs.
