Comparison review
Galaxy S6 edge+ is a little bit better than LG G5, having a score of 79.3 against 76.1. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S6 edge+ has older 5.1 version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Although Galaxy S6 edge+ and LG G5 were released with only a few months difference, Galaxy S6 edge+ is just a little bit thinner and just a little bit lighter.
Galaxy S6 edge+ has a little sharper screen than LG G5, because although it has a little bit lower pixels density, and they both have an equal 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a little larger display. The LG G5 features a bit better performance than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the LG G5 also has a higher number of cores (and also faster).
The LG G5 counts with a camera that's just as good as Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+'s camera, and although the LG G5 has a bigger aperture to capture better low light photos and videos, they both have the same back camera sensor size, the same 30 fps video frame rates, a same resolution camera and the same (4K) video quality.
The LG G5 counts with much more memory to install applications and games than Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a little better battery duration than LG G5, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, Galaxy S6 edge+ is also cheaper.
