Comparison review
Galaxy S6 edge+ is a little bit better than LG V10, getting a global score of 79.3 against 78.6. The Galaxy S6 edge+ design is incredibly thinner and much lighter than the LG V10, although both were released with only a couple months difference. These phones include the same Android 5.1 OS. The Galaxy S6 edge+ and the LG V10 have really similar screens, they have the same pixels density, a screen of the same size and an equal 2560 x 1440 resolution.
LG V10 features a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the LG V10 also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ features a bit better CPU than LG V10. Both of them have a 4 GB RAM and the same number of cores.
LG V10 captures slightly better pictures and videos than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have a 0.38 inches camera sensor, the same 3840x2160 video quality and a camera with a 16 megapixels, the LG V10 also has a bigger diafragm aperture and better video frame rate. LG V10's battery duration is just as good as Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+'s battery performance.
Although Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG V10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG V10. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S6 edge+, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the LG V10, resigning some features and specifications.
