LG V30S ThinQ has an overall score of 82.5, which is a bit better than the Galaxy S6 edge+'s global score of 79.3. Both devices we compare here have Android operating system, but the LG V30S ThinQ has a newer 8.0 Oreo version and Galaxy S6 edge+ has Android 5.1 version. Even though LG V30S ThinQ is extremely newer than the Galaxy S6 edge+, it is just a little thicker and just a little bit heavier.

The LG V30S ThinQ features a more powerful processor than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a greater amount of RAM memory and a larger number of faster cores. Galaxy S6 edge+ has a bit more vivid screen than LG V30S ThinQ, although it has a bit inferior pixels count in each screen inch, a bit lower 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a quite smaller display.

The LG V30S ThinQ features a way bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has an external memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory. Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a slightly better camera than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, a 16 mega pixels back camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a bigger camera sensor providing a higher image quality.

LG V30S ThinQ counts with a bit longer battery duration than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 10 percent more battery size.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
