Galaxy S6 edge+ is a little bit better than the Motorola Moto Z3, getting a overall score of 79.3 against 77.6. Galaxy S6 edge+'s construction has the same thickness than Motorola Moto Z3, but it is a little lighter. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S6 edge+ has 5.1 version while Motorola Moto Z3 has Android 9.0 Pie.
Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has a brighter display than Motorola Moto Z3, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a better display pixel density. Motorola Moto Z3 features a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the Motorola Moto Z3 also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Moto Z3 features a quite better hardware performance than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Moto Z3 also has a larger number of cores. The Galaxy S6 edge+ and the Moto Z3 have extremely similar battery durations. Galaxy S6 edge+ shoots clearer videos and photos than Motorola Moto Z3, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Galaxy S6 edge+ also has a larger diafragm aperture, a bigger sensor shooting better quality videos and photographs and a back camera with a lot higher 16 mega pixels resolution.
Although Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola Moto Z3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola Moto Z3. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Motorola Moto Z3, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
