Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has an overall score of 79.3, which is slightly better than the OnePlus 8 Pro's global score of 77.2. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ body is thinner and extremely lighter than the OnePlus 8 Pro, although it was released 5 years before. The OnePlus 8 Pro features a superior processing unit than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a bit better display than Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has a little bit less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1440 x 3168px and a larger screen. OnePlus 8 Pro has a very superior memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has more internal storage.
The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a really longer battery life than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 50% bigger battery capacity. OnePlus 8 Pro features a greater camera than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has faster 60 frames per second video frame rates, a lot larger back-facing camera sensor taking way higher quality videos and pictures, a lot more megapixels camera in the back and a bigger camera aperture.
Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is also a bargain compared to others, making it an easy decision.
