Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy A71 has a general score of 87.5, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+'s 79.3 overall score. Samsung Galaxy A71's construction is newer than the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+'s, but it is a bit thicker and somewhat heavier. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy A71 has a newer 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has Android 5.1, counting with lots of additional features.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ features a sharper screen than Galaxy A71, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a higher count of pixels per display inch. The Samsung Galaxy A71 counts with a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.

The Galaxy A71 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Galaxy A71 also has a bigger diafragm aperture, a back camera with way more mega-pixels and a lot larger back-facing camera sensor which gives a much better photo and video quality.

The Galaxy A71 counts with a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 512 GB and 64 GB more internal memory capacity. Galaxy A71 counts with a way better battery duration than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.

Despite of being the best phone in our comparison, the Samsung Galaxy A71 is also cheaper than the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+.
