Galaxy S6 edge+ is a little bit better than the Galaxy J7 Max, getting a 79.3 score against 76.1. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S6 edge+ has the previous 5.1 version while Galaxy J7 Max has Android 7.0 Nougat. Galaxy S6 edge+ has a much better camera than Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for low light captures and video, it also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a back-facing camera with more mega pixels. The Galaxy J7 Max counts with a quite bigger memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has just a bit longer battery life than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 10% larger battery capacity.
