Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, with a 79.3 score against 79.3. Both of these devices include the same Android 5.1 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any difference regarding that. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+'s body is somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, even though both of them were released with only a couple months difference.

Galaxy Note 5's processing unit is very similar to Galaxy S6 edge+'s processor, they have a Single-Core processor and a 4 GB RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ feature similar screens, both of them have exactly the same 2560 x 1440px resolution, a higher number of pixels per inch in the display and a display with the same size.

Galaxy Note 5's camera is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ one, both have a 0.38 inches sensor, a F1.9 aperture, the same (4K) video quality, the same video frame rates and a 16 mega pixels back camera. Samsung Galaxy Note 5's storage for apps and games is very similar to the Galaxy S6 edge+ one, both have exactly the same internal memory capacity.

Galaxy S6 edge+ and Galaxy Note 5 feature quite similar batteries duration.

Although Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it is a little more expensive than Galaxy Note 5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Note 5. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy S6 edge+, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy Note 5, giving up some features and specs.
