Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 edge+ has an overall score of 79.3, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Note3's 77.7 score. Galaxy S6 edge+ is a newer device, and it's also somewhat thinner and a bit lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Note3. These phones come with Android OS, but the Galaxy S6 edge+ has 5.1 version and Samsung Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2 version.
Galaxy S6 edge+ has a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note3, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Galaxy S6 edge+ also has a higher pixel amount per display inch and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Note3 counts with a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Note3 also has a SD memory slot that holds up to 64 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Note3 has a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and also faster). Samsung Galaxy Note3 has just a little bit longer battery life than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Galaxy S6 edge+ takes just a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Galaxy S6 edge+ also has a more MP camera, a bigger camera sensor shooting better quality videos and pictures and a larger camera aperture to take better low-light photos and video.
