Galaxy Note7 has an overall score of 79.5, which is a bit better than Galaxy S6 edge+'s 79.3 global score. Although Galaxy Note7 is newer than the Galaxy S6 edge+, it's just a bit heavier and thicker. The Samsung Galaxy Note7 has a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Samsung Galaxy Note7 also has 3 more cores.
Galaxy S6 edge+ has a much better display than Galaxy Note7. They have the same display pixels density, a screen of the same size and an equal 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Galaxy Note7 features a superior storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Galaxy Note7 also has a SD card slot that admits up to 256 GB.
The Galaxy Note7 has just a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 17 percent larger battery size. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Note7, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for capturing photos and videos in poorly lited environments and a smaller sensor which offers a lower photo and video quality, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a camera in the back with a way higher 16 mega pixels resolution.
