Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active is a bit better than the Galaxy S6 edge+, having an 80.9 score against 79.3. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active's body is notably lighter but extremely thicker than Galaxy S6 edge+. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has 5.0 version while Galaxy S6 edge+ has Android 5.1.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has a bit better display than Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 2560 x 1440, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a bit better quantity of pixels in each display inch. Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a lot bigger memory to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has a better performing processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with more cores, a 64 bits CPU and an extra GPU. The Galaxy S6 Active features a little longer battery duration than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. Both of them have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the same video frame rate, a same resolution camera, a same size aperture and a same size camera sensor.
In addition to being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the Galaxy S6 Active is also by far the cheapest one, making buying this phone an easy decision.
