Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is just a bit better than the Galaxy S6 edge+, with an 81.9 score against 79.3. Samsung Galaxy S8 Active's body is newer, but extremely heavier and way thicker than Galaxy S6 edge+. Galaxy S8 Active has a little faster processor than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Galaxy S8 Active also has a greater number of cores (and they are faster).
The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ features a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy S8 Active, although it has a bit smaller screen, a just a bit worse pixel number in each inch of screen and a bit lower 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Galaxy S8 Active counts with a very superior storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Galaxy S8 Active also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 256 GB.
The Galaxy S8 Active has longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a tinier camera sensor taking lower quality videos and photographs and a tinier aperture which is worse for low light photography and video, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a much more mega pixels camera in the back.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active not only is the best phones between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also by far the cheapest one.
