Comparison review
Galaxy S6 edge+ has a general score of 79.3, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy XCover 5's 78.1 overall score. Galaxy S6 edge+'s body is somewhat lighter and notably thinner than the Galaxy XCover 5, although it was released 6 years before. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Galaxy S6 edge+ has the previous 5.1 version while Galaxy XCover 5 has Android 11 version.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a much better screen than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a much better 2560 x 1440px resolution, a quite larger screen and a lot higher quantity of pixels per inch of display. Galaxy XCover 5 features a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy XCover 5 also has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1 TB.
Galaxy XCover 5 counts with a little faster CPU than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Galaxy XCover 5 also has a larger number of cores (although slower). Galaxy S6 edge+ features a slightly better camera than Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for low-light captures and video, and they both have a same resolution back camera, the Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a much better 3840x2160 video definition.
The Galaxy XCover 5 counts with a battery duration that's very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ one.
