Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, having an 80.1 score against 79.3. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has Android 5.1. Even though the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is much newer than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, it is heavier and extremely thicker.
The Galaxy S6 edge+ features a bit better screen than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a just a bit lower pixel number per inch of screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 2560 x 1440px, the Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a little bit larger screen. Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Galaxy XCover FieldPro also has an external SD slot that holds up to 512 GB.
The Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy XCover FieldPro also has a larger number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has a much better camera than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor shooting lower quality videos and pictures and a way tinier diafragm aperture, it also counts with a back facing camera with lot more mega pixels and a way higher video definition.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
Although Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy XCover FieldPro, otherwise you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, giving up some features and specs.
