Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 edge+ has an overall score of 79.3, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's 79 global score. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but Galaxy S6 edge+ has older 5.1 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has Android 11. Even though the Galaxy S6 edge+ is older than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, it's design is thinner and extremely lighter.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a greater number of cores (and also faster). The Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a better pixel count per inch of screen.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a very superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a lot larger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a bigger diafragm aperture for better low-light photography and videos and a camera in the back with lot more megapixels.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 5020mAh battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your savings.
