Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a score of 84.2, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active's 75.8 general score. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro's construction is noticeably newer and somewhat thinner than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active's, but it's somewhat heavier. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a bit lower 1080 x 2400 resolution and a much worse pixels quantity per display inch, it also counts with a lot bigger display and way more brightness.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 480 GB more internal storage capacity. Galaxy S7 Active has a much better hardware performance than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and 4 lesser cpu cores (although faster).
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a much longer battery duration than Galaxy S7 Active, because it has a 5500mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
