Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a bit better than the Galaxy S7 Active, getting an 81.7 score against 75.8. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge design is somewhat thinner and just a bit lighter than the Galaxy S7 Active, although it was released just a bit further than a year before. Galaxy Note Edge has a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a just a little inferior number of pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have the same 2560 x 1440px resolution, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a little bit larger screen.
The Galaxy Note Edge features a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with an extra GPU. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a little bit better camera than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a lot tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for low-light captures, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a camera with lot more MP.
The Galaxy S7 Active has a little bit more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S7 Active also has a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 200 GB. Galaxy S7 Active has superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Note Edge, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, giving up some features and specs.
