The Galaxy S7 edge is a bit better than the Motorola Droid Turbo, getting a overall score of 78.1 against 76.4. The Galaxy S7 edge is a newer device, and it's also somewhat lighter and much thinner than Motorola Droid Turbo. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S7 edge has 8.0 Oreo version and Motorola Droid Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version.
Motorola Droid Turbo has a sharper display than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, the Motorola Droid Turbo also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch of display.
