The Galaxy S7 edge is a bit better than the Motorola Droid Turbo, getting a overall score of 78.1 against 76.4. The Galaxy S7 edge is a newer device, and it's also somewhat lighter and much thinner than Motorola Droid Turbo. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S7 edge has 8.0 Oreo version and Motorola Droid Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version.
