Comparison review

The Galaxy S7 edge has a general score of 78.1, which is slightly better than Motorola DROID Turbo's score of 77.9. Both phones in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S7 edge has newer 8.0 Oreo version while Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version, counting with a couple additional features. Galaxy S7 edge's design is newer, somewhat lighter and way thinner than Motorola DROID Turbo.

Motorola DROID Turbo features a brighter screen than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 2560 x 1440px, the Motorola DROID Turbo also counts with a little better display density. Galaxy S7 edge features more memory capacity for applications and games than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 200 GB.

Motorola DROID Turbo has a bit faster processor than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Motorola DROID Turbo also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. Motorola DROID Turbo takes a little bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for taking photographs and video in poorly lited situations and worse 24 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Motorola DROID Turbo also counts with a way higher 20.7 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.

Motorola DROID Turbo has just a little bit longer battery life than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has an 8 percent more battery size.

Although Galaxy S7 edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Motorola DROID Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola DROID Turbo. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Motorola DROID Turbo, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
