The Galaxy S23 Ultra has an overall score of 81.5, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge's overall score of 78.1. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S23 Ultra has the older 13 version while Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo. Galaxy S23 Ultra's body is notably lighter but thicker than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge features a bit more vivid display than Galaxy S23 Ultra, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little bit higher amount of pixels in each inch of display. The Galaxy S7 edge features a much faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has 4 GB less RAM memory and an inferior number of cores.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra features a greater camera than Galaxy S7 edge, and although they both have a F1.7 aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra also has a back camera with a lot better resolution and a lot larger sensor which offers a lot better image and video quality.
