Google Pixel XL is just a bit better than Galaxy S7, having an 81.3 score against 79.5. Google Pixel XL is an a bit heavier and a bit thicker cellphone than the Galaxy S7. The Galaxy S7 features a bit superior processing unit than Google Pixel XL. They have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM.

Galaxy S7 counts with a sharper display than Google Pixel XL, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1440 x 2560px, the Galaxy S7 also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch of display. Google Pixel XL's camera is very similar to the camera in Samsung Galaxy S7, because although the Google Pixel XL has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for taking photographs and video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video definition, it also counts with a larger back camera sensor which offers a higher photo and video quality and a camera in the back with more MP.

Google Pixel XL has a greater storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S7, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Google Pixel XL counts with a little better battery duration than Galaxy S7, because it has a 3450mAh battery capacity.

Although Google Pixel XL is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S7. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Google Pixel XL, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S7, letting go a couple features and specifications.
