Comparison review

The Galaxy Note Edge is slightly better than Galaxy S7, having a overall score of 81.7 against 79.5. Although it's the best phone in our current comparison, Galaxy Note Edge's design is older, just a bit thicker and heavier than Galaxy S7. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a display that's just as good as the display in Galaxy S7, because although the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a quite lower screen pixels density, and they both have an equal resolution of 2560 x 1440, it also counts with a bit bigger display.

Samsung Galaxy S7 features a slightly better memory capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy S7 also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 200 GB. The Galaxy Note Edge features a little bit better performance than Galaxy S7, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have 4 CPU cores, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with an extra graphics processing unit.

Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge have extremely similar batteries. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge captures slightly better photographs and videos than Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller camera sensor taking less light and washed colors and a way smaller diafragm aperture which is not good for capturing photos or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a camera with a much better 16 mega pixels resolution.

Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S7. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Note Edge, else you can save some money and buy the Galaxy S7, letting go a couple specifications.
