Comparison review
The Xperia XZ3 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S7, having a score of 79.6 against 79.5. Although Xperia XZ3 is extremely newer than the Samsung Galaxy S7, it is way heavier and noticeably thicker. Galaxy S7 has just a bit better screen than Xperia XZ3, because although it has a bit lower 1440 x 2560 resolution and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher pixels density and a really brighter display.
The Xperia XZ3 has a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S7, because it has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and more internal memory capacity. The Sony Xperia XZ3 has just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S7, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Sony Xperia XZ3 also has a greater number of faster cores.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 takes a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for taking pictures and/or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia XZ3 also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor and a camera with a lot higher resolution.
Xperia XZ3 has just a little bit longer battery duration than Galaxy S7, because it has a 3330mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Although Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy S7. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get Samsung Galaxy S7, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your money.
