Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is a little bit better than the Asus ZenFone AR, having an 81.9 score against 77.4. Although it's the best we compare here, it must be noted that it's also a heavier and somewhat thicker device. Galaxy S8 Active has a little more vivid screen than Asus ZenFone AR, because it has a little larger screen, a little bit higher 1440 x 2960 resolution and a just a bit better pixel density.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active counts with a little faster processing unit than Asus ZenFone AR, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores. Asus ZenFone AR has a way bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, because it has 64 GB more internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that admits up to 1,95 TB.
The Galaxy S8 Active counts with better battery performance than Asus ZenFone AR, because it has a 21% bigger battery size. Asus ZenFone AR features just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a tinier aperture, slower 24 fps video frame rates and a smaller back camera sensor providing a worse image quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Asus ZenFone AR also counts with a camera in the back with a much higher 23 megapixels resolution.
