Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is a bit better than the Galaxy A12, with an 81.9 score against 80.3. Despite being the best in this review, we must tell that it is also extremely older, just a bit heavier and thicker. The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active and the Galaxy A12 have quite similar processing units, they have 8 cores and 4 GB of RAM memory.
The Galaxy S8 Active features a lot better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way better display pixel density and a way better 1440 x 2960 resolution. Galaxy A12 counts with a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A12 also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
Samsung Galaxy A12 features greater battery life than Galaxy S8 Active, because it has a 25 percent more battery size. Galaxy A12 takes slightly better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Galaxy A12 also counts with a way higher resolution camera.
