Comparison review
IPhone 8 has an overall score of 85, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S8's global score of 81.7. The iPhone 8 is a just a little thinner and just a bit lighter cellphone than Galaxy S8, even though they were released only a few months apart. Samsung Galaxy S8 features a little more vivid display than iPhone 8, because it has a much higher resolution of 1440 x 2960px, a bigger screen and a much greater number of pixels per inch in the display.
Apple iPhone 8 has a very superior storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy S8, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal memory. The iPhone 8 has a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy S8, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a 64-bits CPU.
IPhone 8 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Galaxy S8, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not good for low light captures and a tinier camera sensor giving a lower image quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same resolution back camera, the iPhone 8 also counts with better 60 frames per second video frame rates.
Galaxy S8 features a really longer battery duration than iPhone 8, because it has a 3000mAh battery size.
Although iPhone 8 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S8. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Galaxy S8, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
