Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 5 is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S8, having an 84.7 score against 81.7. The Asus ROG Phone 5 design is a lot newer than Samsung Galaxy S8's, but it is extremely thicker and noticeably heavier. Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy S8, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has more RAM memory.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has a way worse 1080 x 2448 resolution and a way lower screen density, it also counts with a bigger display. The Asus ROG Phone 5 has a much better camera than Galaxy S8, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for taking photographs and videos in low-light situations, it also counts with a way higher video definition, a much larger back-facing camera sensor taking much better quality videos and photographs and a way better resolution back facing camera.
Samsung Galaxy S8 has a slightly bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Asus ROG Phone 5, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 256 GB. Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy S8, because it has a 100% more battery size.
