The Galaxy S8 is much better than the LG G2, with an 81.7 score against 73.5. The Galaxy S8 construction is way newer and thinner, but also just a little heavier than LG G2. The LG G2 has a CPU that is just as good as the CPU in Samsung Galaxy S8, because although the LG G2 has an inferior number of cores and 2 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit.
LG G2 features a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy S8, although it has a lot worse pixels density, a little smaller display and a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px. Galaxy S8 shoots clearer photographs and videos than LG G2, because although it has a less mega-pixels resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a larger back-facing camera sensor and a much larger camera aperture.
The Galaxy S8 counts with a much greater memory for apps and games than LG G2, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity. The Galaxy S8 features a bit superior battery life than LG G2, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity against 2610mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 is a little more expensive than the LG G2, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
