Comparison review
The LG V50 ThinQ is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S8, getting an 83.7 score against 81.7. LG V50 ThinQ is a much newer cellphone than Samsung Galaxy S8, although it is heavier and just a bit thicker. The Samsung Galaxy S8 features a bit better looking screen than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a quite smaller display and a little worse 1440 x 2960 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per display inch.
The LG V50 ThinQ counts with a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S8, because it has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. The LG V50 ThinQ counts with a little bit better processing power than Galaxy S8, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the LG V50 ThinQ also has a larger amount of RAM.
The LG V50 ThinQ shoots slightly better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor offering a worse image quality, and they both have a 12 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the LG V50 ThinQ also counts with a larger aperture and faster 60 fps video frame rates.
LG V50 ThinQ counts with improved battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S8, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although LG V50 ThinQ is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S8. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get Galaxy S8, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
