Comparison review
Galaxy S8 is a little bit better than the Sony Xperia XZ3, with an 81.7 score against 79.6. Even though the Galaxy S8 is older than Sony Xperia XZ3, it's construction is way thinner and lighter. Xperia XZ3 features a slightly better screen than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has a bit worse 1440 x 2880 resolution and a just a little worse pixel density, it also counts with a little bigger display.
The Xperia XZ3 has a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S8. Both have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM memory. The Xperia XZ3 has a slightly better camera than Galaxy S8, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xperia XZ3 also counts with a back camera with a lot higher resolution and a larger sensor providing a better image quality.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a bit bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S8, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Sony Xperia XZ3 also has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Xperia XZ3 counts with just a bit better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S8, because it has 3330mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 is not only the best phones in our comparison, but it's also a lot cheaper.
