Comparison review
Apple iPhone 7 Plus is just a bit better than Galaxy S9, getting a overall score of 83.8 against 83.3. Even though the Apple iPhone 7 Plus is older and somewhat heavier than Galaxy S9, it's body is still somewhat thinner. Samsung Galaxy S9 has a bit better processing unit than Apple iPhone 7 Plus, because it has more RAM and more cpu cores.
Galaxy S9 features a little more vivid screen than iPhone 7 Plus, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 2960px, more pixels per inch of display and a little bit larger screen. Galaxy S9 takes just a bit better photographs and videos than iPhone 7 Plus, and although they both have the same resolution camera and the same (4K) video definition, the Galaxy S9 also has a bigger sensor which offers a higher image and video quality, higher video frame rate and a bigger camera aperture to capture better images and video in low-light environments.
Apple iPhone 7 Plus has a greater storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy S9, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy S9 has a bit longer battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 7 Plus, because it has a 3 percent greater battery size.
Although Apple iPhone 7 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy S9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy S9. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Apple iPhone 7 Plus, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S9, resigning some specifications.
