The Galaxy S9 has a score of 83.3, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star's 82.1 global score. Although the Galaxy S9 and the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star were only released 5 months apart, Galaxy S9's design is a bit thicker but somewhat lighter. Galaxy S9 counts with a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2960 resolution and a greater screen density.
The Galaxy S9 features a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy A8 Star, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
