Galaxy Note9 has an overall score of 87.1, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S9's 83.3 general score. The Galaxy Note9 is an a little thicker and heavier device than Galaxy S9. Galaxy Note9 counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy S9, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy Note9 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

The Galaxy S9 features a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Note9, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have the same 1440 x 2960px resolution, the Galaxy S9 also counts with a bit higher number of pixels in each inch of screen. Galaxy Note9 has a way bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy S9, because it has 64 GB more internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 512 GB.

The Galaxy Note9 features greater battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S9, because it has a 33% more battery size. Samsung Galaxy Note9's camera is very similar to the camera in Galaxy S9, they have the same (4K) video definition, a F1.5 diafragm aperture, a same size camera sensor, a 12 MP resolution back facing camera and the same video frame rates.

Although Galaxy Note9 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy S9. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Note9, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S9, resigning a couple features and specs.
