The Samsung Epic 4G Touch is a little bit better than the Galaxy Victory 4G LTE, with a 60.8 score against 60.2. The Samsung Epic 4G Touch body is way thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Galaxy Victory 4G LTE, although it was released just 13 months before. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Samsung Epic 4G Touch has a more recent 4.1.2 version while Galaxy Victory 4G LTE has Android 4.1 version, so it provides some extra features.
