OnePlus 9 Pro is a bit better than Galaxy Xcover 4S, with a general score of 76.6 against 73.8. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but the OnePlus 9 Pro has the newer 11 version while Galaxy Xcover 4S has Android 10, providing some extra features.
