Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is slightly better than the Galaxy XCover 5's overall score of 78.1. The Galaxy Note Edge design is just a bit thinner than Galaxy XCover 5, although it is just a little heavier and was released 7 years before. These phones use Android operating system, but Galaxy Note Edge has the older 5.0 version and Galaxy XCover 5 has Android 11.
Galaxy Note Edge counts with just a bit better performance than Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and a lower number of cores (but faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a lot better screen than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a little bigger screen, a way higher pixels count per screen inch and a way higher resolution of 2560 x 1440.
Galaxy XCover 5 features much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB and more internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not good for capturing pictures or videos in low-light environments, and they both have a camera with a 16 megapixels resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a much better video resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge's battery lifetime is very similar to the battery duration in Samsung Galaxy XCover 5.
