Asus ROG Phone 5 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, with an 84.7 score against 80.1. The Asus ROG Phone 5 construction is newer, a little lighter and way thinner than the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro. Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a lot worse screen pixel density and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2448 pixels, it also counts with a lot larger display.
Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has a higher amount of RAM. The Asus ROG Phone 5 captures way better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for taking photos and/or video in low light situations, it also counts with a much better 7680x4320 video definition, a camera with lot more MP and a much bigger back camera sensor.
The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a better memory for games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 5, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a SD extension slot that allows up to 512 GB. Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with greater battery life than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because it has a 33% bigger battery size.
