Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is slightly better than the Galaxy XCover FieldPro, having a score of 84.2 against 80.1. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro design is way newer, a lot thinner and lighter than the Galaxy XCover FieldPro. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has an older 14 version and Galaxy XCover FieldPro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a much better performing processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 2400 resolution and a lot worse display density, it also counts with a really bigger screen.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a much greater memory for applications and games than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a very superior camera than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a way smaller diafragm aperture, it also counts with a back-facing camera with a much higher resolution, a much bigger sensor shooting much higher quality photos and a lot higher video definition.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity.
