Huawei P20 takes much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for taking images and video in low-light situations, and they both have a same resolution camera in the back, the Huawei P20 also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 video resolution and a larger sensor providing a better image quality.
