Galaxy XCover FieldPro is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy M12, having an 80.1 score against 80. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a newer 8.0 Oreo version while Samsung Galaxy M12 has Android 10 version, so it provides a lot of extra features and increased performance. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro construction is older, somewhat heavier and extremely thicker than Samsung Galaxy M12.
Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a much more vibrant display than Samsung Galaxy M12, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a much higher 1440 x 2560px resolution and way more pixels per inch in the screen. Galaxy M12 has a quite bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy M12 also has an external SD slot that supports up to 1 TB.
Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a little bit better performance than Galaxy M12. Both have 4 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. Samsung Galaxy M12 has a very superior camera than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a much smaller camera aperture which is not nice for low-light photography, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy M12 also counts with a way more MP camera in the back.
The Samsung Galaxy M12 counts with improved battery duration than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
