Comparison review
Galaxy M31 is just a bit better than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, having a overall score of 86.5 against 80.1. The Galaxy M31 construction is much thinner and a lot lighter than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, even when both of them were released with only a few months difference. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M31 has an older 11 version while Galaxy XCover FieldPro has Android 8.0 Oreo.
The Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy M31, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a bit sharper display than Galaxy M31, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a higher display density.
Galaxy M31 features a much better camera than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a tinier aperture, it also counts with a way higher video resolution, a back facing camera with way more megapixels and a way bigger back camera sensor shooting way better quality photographs. Samsung Galaxy M31's memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos is just as good as the Galaxy XCover FieldPro one, both of them have a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB and equal 64 GB internal storage capacity.
The Galaxy M31 has improved battery life than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because it has a 33% more battery size.
