Asus ROG Phone 5 has an overall score of 84.7, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro's 81 global score. Asus ROG Phone 5's construction is newer than the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro's, although it is a little bit heavier and just a little thicker. Asus ROG Phone 5 features a better screen than Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a little less pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a quite larger screen and a little higher 1080 x 2448 resolution.
Galaxy XCover Pro features a better memory capacity for applications and games than Asus ROG Phone 5, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 512 GB. Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with a bit better performance than Galaxy XCover Pro, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 takes way better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low light images and video, it also counts with a much bigger back camera sensor which gives a lot higher image and video quality, a lot better video quality and a camera with a much higher resolution.
