Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone II is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, getting an 88 score against 81. Even though the Asus ROG Phone II and Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro were released only a couple of months apart, the Asus ROG Phone II construction is a little thinner but also just a bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro.
The Asus ROG Phone II has a little more vivid display than Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a little bit less pixels per display inch, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Asus ROG Phone II also counts with a bit bigger screen. The Asus ROG Phone II features a very superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity.
The Asus ROG Phone II features a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy XCover Pro, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Asus ROG Phone II also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Asus ROG Phone II has a very superior battery duration than Galaxy XCover Pro, because it has a 6000mAh battery size.
The Asus ROG Phone II has a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not good for shooting photographs or videos in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a lot bigger camera sensor capturing much higher quality pictures, a way better resolution camera in the back and a lot higher (4K) video resolution.
