The Huawei Ascend P1 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Xcover, having a global score of 56.9 against 51.9. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Ascend P1 has a newer 4.0.3 version and Galaxy Xcover has Android 2.3.6, so it gives you lots of additional features.
