The Huawei Ascend P1 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Xcover, having a global score of 56.9 against 51.9. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Ascend P1 has a newer 4.0.3 version and Galaxy Xcover has Android 2.3.6, so it gives you lots of additional features. Huawei Ascend P1 is a somewhat lighter and much thinner device than Galaxy Xcover, even when both of them were only released 5 months apart.

Huawei Ascend P1 counts with a quite better processing power than Galaxy Xcover, because it has a higher number of cores (and also faster) and more RAM memory. Huawei Ascend P1 features a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy Xcover, because it has a larger display, a much better resolution of 960 x 540 pixels and a lot higher pixels density.
