Motorola Moto G is slightly better than the Galaxy Young, having a 60.3 score against 54.8. The Motorola Moto G construction is newer and just a little bit thinner than the Galaxy Young's, although it's also extremely heavier. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola Moto G has 5.0 version and Galaxy Young has Android 4.1.2 version, so it offers some additional features.
