Comparison review
Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a score of 85.6, which is just a bit better than the LG V30's 79.1 general score. Although the Galaxy Z Flip 3 is somewhat heavier than LG V30, it's a little bit thinner and notably newer. LG V30 counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Z Flip 3, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2880 and a better pixel density.
The LG V30 has a much bigger storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Galaxy Z Flip 3 features a little better hardware performance than LG V30, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 also has 4 GB more RAM.
The LG V30's battery lifetime is just as good as Galaxy Z Flip 3's battery performance. The LG V30 counts with a greater camera than Galaxy Z Flip 3, because it has a larger diafragm aperture for better captures in low light situations and a back camera with much more mega-pixels.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a better device, it is way more expensive than LG V30, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG V30. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy LG V30, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
